Leadership Advisory
EiG's leadership team has decades of experience leading complex organizations and
growth companies at the senior levels including the CEO level. Our approach is to
be an expert "ear" to you and your company by developing proven tactics and strategies
to guide your company’s change, transformation or growth. We conduct qualitative
and quantitative assessments and, based on the results and our expertise, we assist
in guidance of personnel and board management as necessary. In short we serve as
professional advisors on "making sure the right people are in place in the right
position at the right time.
Corporate Assessment
For senior managers as well as well as entire small organizations,
we can conduct a thorough MultiDimensional Feedback Assessment (MDF) of the company
and the management team. This is a process that we have developed based on our expertise
and experience to assess the individuals and teams within the company in an attempt
to understand the communication, culture and leadership of the company and the management
team. The MDF includes online assessment of individuals and groups as well as in
house evaluation of management and working teams. We also conduct a thorough needs
assessment in terms of strategy and appropriateness in penetrating new markets in
the healthcare field.
After a thorough assessment we provide a report and face-toface feedback with concrete
and usable recommendations for the company, taking into consideration the market,
finances and the current stage of the company. We recommend necessary services and
will clearly state where we can provide those services and
when we have partners
that can provide those services or where we can take time, with the company, to
find the appropriate services to meet the needs of the company.
